earthquake:
it's like passing heavy tanks through the streets!

a resident of New York, described the earthquake in the city
- as heavy equipment passing through the streets. He pointed out that
- the authorities did not evacuate the residents from
- the buildings and everything went as usual

a Russian spokesman, told Gazeta:
"We received a telephone alert, which usually happens before natural
disasters like hurricanes, snowfall, earthquakes, floods.

I was in a multi-storey building, and it felt like very heavy equipment passing

New York. My friends living in Delaware also felt small shakes. "

- a magnitude 5.1 earthquake occurred near New York, United States
- and seismic tremors were observed 46 km northwest of Edison
