Former US President Donald Trump has drawn harsh criticism of President Joe Biden as his mental state is worse than his physical condition, with Biden likely not to be able to reach the 2024 presidential election.

While his eight primary rivals were competing with each other in the first Republican debate, Trump, 77, criticized President Biden, 80, for his appearance and mental abilities in a TV interview with Tucker Carlson.

He said:

I think it's worse mentally than physically..

He's not an athlete, look at him how he can't take his feet off the grass. 

The former president continued:

You see him walking on toothpicks.

Then you see him on the beach where he can't lift the chair.

You know, these chairs are supposed to be light

 right?

Trump then pointed out that :

he did not understand the strategy behind Biden going to the beach

and said :

I don't know what to do with the beach..

I think it looks terrible on the beach. cannot walk through the sand .

Biden made :

a 10-day trip to his Delaware beach home last July

and drew widespread criticism when he told a reporter on

August 13 "no comment" when asked about

his reaction :

to the wildfires ravaging Maui while walking through the sand.

Trump said in this context:

"The beach is not what the president is supposed to do

it's supposed to work. It's supposed to get us out of that terrible

horrible war that

we're heavily involved in in in Ukraine.

It can be done very easily. But I don't think he can do that because he's incompetent

"he added"

If I were President, it would never have started. 

The GOP primary candidates :

who did not deliver from Trump's tongue, criticized the debate stage participants in Milwaukee, saying there were some candidates who should not even run.

This interview comes

as Trump will be arrested Thursday in Georgia :

where a case has been opened against him over interference in

the 2020 election.
