Trump's latest legal battle to prevent Congress

from seeing his tax returns is unsuccessful.

The former president Donald Trump's most recent legal attempt to block the House Ways and Means Committee from receiving his tax returns for years was unsuccessful on Thursday.

Trump requested

a lower court order compelling the Treasury Department to file those tax returns be reconsidered, but the request was denied by the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C.

Trump's unanimous appeal of the trial court's decision was denied by a three-judge panel of the Court of Appeal in August.

With no significant opposition

to Thursday's full appeals court decision

  • Trump is likely to ask the Supreme Court to hear his appeal.
  • The Court is not obligated to grant such a request, though.

Treasury were requested by the Ways and Means Committee in 2019. At the time, Trump was the president.

By refusing to release his tax returns as a Republican presidential candidate and president, Trump defied decades of convention.

When the House Committee requested

the former president's tax records from the Treasury Department as part of an inquiry into how the IRS calculated presidential income, a federal court last December rejected the former president's objection.

The three-judge panel of the D.C.

Circuit Court of Appeals noted in its August decision the dismissal of the challenge to this system that the general rule of federal law that tax returns are confidential does not apply when the chairman of the Ways and Means Committee requests such affidavits in writing from the Treasury Department.

Trump's selfish outfit only understands itself

  • Trump likes to consider himself as everything when he was president.
  • He gives orders that have no benefit except to serve his interests.
  • If it wasn't for a good deal with Saudi Arabia

  • the price of gas would have increased.

  • Saudi Arabia extended to Trump billions of dollars to serve
  • Heads of State are stubbornly confronted when threatened
  • Don't shake a good procedure for cowardice
  • He almost hit Iran and cancelled it 10 minutes before the strike.

The majority of

Americans have refused to be president of the next presidential term and want another president who looks after the well-being of the American people and sees their interests better than before.

Americans and citizens love luxury and trips in every state of America are afraid of the price of gasoline so high that they cancel trips and park cars and buy wheels that walk in the streets instead of cars because of the gasoline rise.
