Assault on Nancy Pelosi's husband after breaking into their San Francisco home
Nancy Pelosi's husband was violently assaulted by someone who broke into their home in San Francisco, the U.S. House speaker's office said.
The office added in a statement on Friday that "the attacker is in custody and the motive for the attack is being investigated."

82, was convicted of misdemeanor drink driving after being involved in a car accident last May. He was sentenced to five days' imprisonment in Napa County, California.
Paul owns a San Francisco-based real estate and venture capital company.

As part of the surveillance
Paul Pelosi will also be required to attend a three-month semester on drinking under the influence, install a device to provide a sample of himself before starting the car's engine, and also have to pay approximately $7,000 in fines.
Paul Pelosi was arrested after a May 28 collision in Napa County, after the DUI alcohol test showed that he had a blood alcohol ratio of 0.082%, slightly above the legal limit.
