North Korea's parliament declared the country a nuclear power on Friday, with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un stressing that Pyongyang's possession of nuclear weapons is an irreversible right.


The leadership of Kim Jong Un is fully in charge of decisions about the use of nuclear weapons, according to the parliament.



Announcing the signing of a law making his country a nuclear power, Kim said:
