Late at night, Trump asks FBI to return seized documents to Mar-a-Lago

Donald Trump demands the Justice Department hand over some paperwork taken from his home in Florida and the Mar-a-Lago Club on Monday.

The former president responded to a Fox News report saying on Saturday that the FBI had informed the Trump team after the raid that some of the documents they had seized were protected by lawyer-client privilege in a post on Truth Social.

Unlike Attorney General Merrick Garland's brief statement to reporters last week, the Justice Department has not publicly acknowledged this information or provided any further comment on the investigation. Normally, the Agency makes no comments whatsoever with respect to ongoing investigations.

"Oh, great! We have just learned that in his now famous Mar-a-Lago paint, the FBI took boxes of privileged "lawyer-client" materials, as well as privileged "executive" materials, which they should not have intentionally taken. With a copy of this fact, I respectfully request that these documents be immediately returned to the site from which they were taken. Thank you! " Trump wrote on Sunday.

The one-term former president, who served only one term, assumed the post after starting another rant about the FBI raid, which dominated US politics over the past week. In his latest outburst, the former president again criticized the Justice Department and the FBI for their investigations into his 2016 campaign. He also made an unfounded claim that FBI agents planted evidence in the boxes of documents they took from Mar-a-Lago, speculating that the raid might have been politically motivated.

The FBI searched the house, including the former first lady's cupboards (and clothes!) s rights ", without supervision and in broad daylight. There was no way to know if what they stole was real or if there was a "factory," even though they asked to shut down the security cameras (which we refused to do). After all, this was the FBI! The former President wrote.

This week, as the defences of his alleged retention of top secret papers grew increasingly ridiculous, his defenders spread through the media. He called on his supporters to defund the FBI over the past several days, claiming agents were planting evidence, and asserted that Trump had unilaterally declassified all records he kept (although they did not provide any evidence to support that).

Meanwhile, others on Capitol Hill who still support the President but disagree with his call for the abolition of the FBI made absurd attempts to justify storing documents at the highest level of classification (including those related to nuclear policy or capabilities) at the Mar-a-Lago resort known as Shady.

Divisions within the Republican Party over Mr. Trump's defense have led to further accusations of disloyalty against other Republicans by allies of the former president, who are also outraged that congressional Republicans are not embracing unfounded conspiracies and unfounded allegations made against them. FBI.

Donald Trump Jr. has a history of wild allegations against the FBI. They previously said they wasted time searching for Lady Gaga's dogs because Jussie Smollett ran the FBI.

After the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump and his entire family immediately campaigned to control the damage about why it was wrong.

Donald Trump Jr. was, as usual, as blunt as expected, saying the FBI was wrong to raid them and found nothing. In fact, they found a lot that should have been returned to the National Archives previously. Some of them are in cupboards.

But this is not the first time the son has pursued the FBI outside of Trump's presidency. Last year, Donald Trump Jr. launched a bizarre rant that fondling Lady Gaga did not deserve FBI attention despite the fact that the singer's dog walker was injured three times in the incident.

Trump's eldest son shared a video on Rumble about it where he criticized the FBI for attributing his investigation to a "woke book."

"Guys, what the hell is going on with the FBI? The crown jewel of American law enforcement seems to be waking up completely at this point. they seem incompetent, at least from leadership down to those who make these decisions ".

"I would say that the FBI leadership was taking guidance from CNN's Jeff Zucker and Jussie Smollett as an adviser." Trump filmed the video wearing a T-shirt advertising rifle ammunition. The son also failed to realize that the FBI director was and remains Christopher Wray, a man appointed by the son's father who said Ray was a "man of impeccable integrity."

He stated that Americans should be "disgusted" by what the FBI chooses to focus on and what they choose to ignore. "Lady Gaga's lost dogs deserve the full attention of the FBI - I understand this man, I'm a dog owner and I love dogs. If something happens to my dog, I will feel terrible ".

"I don't think that will rise to the level of the FBI after witnessing ten months of looting, arson, rioting, death and chaos throughout our cities."

Trump Jr. appears to completely ignore the fact that Lady Gaga's dog was shot three times in the incident.

Her dogs have been safely returned for a while now, but her dog, Ryan Fisher, has been hospitalized for a long period of time.

He seemed confused about why the FBI was interested in the rope of pulling the Bubba Wallace garage, Lady Gaga's dogs, and even the deadly rebellion his father instigated.

"Why is this... And while they should investigate Capitol troublemakers, why is all the attention focused on one day, but not on the previous 10 months? Is there a story I miss here? "He asked.

"Once again, Jussie Smollett seems to be the highest decision-maker in our country to enforce the law."

He has stated that while every criminal should be prosecuted, "we should not follow some sort of game rule." He then added that extremists from BLM and Antifa kill people on the streets and cause billions of dollars of damage.

Trump Jr. went on to claim that his "ruthless" FBI friends are as angry as hell in the direction coming down from Smollett and his comrades.

Trump Jr. 's attack on the FBI came just a day after a Los Angeles field office spokesman said they were not involved in Lady Gaga's investigation. "LAPD is investigating," the spokesperson said.
