President of France: I hope Zidane comes to train a big club here

French President Emmanuel Macron expressed his wishes that his compatriot Zinedine Zidane would take over as a senior French team, stressing that it would be great for the league and the French ball in general. "I did not speak to Zinedine Zidane, but I have great admiration for him, as a player and coach," Macron said in remarks to French Radio Monte Carlo on Wednesday. The president of France added "We really want, in Ligue 1, to have an athlete and coach with this talent that was able to win three European Cups that we aspire to so much for our clubs." Emmanuel Macron stressed: "I hope Zinedine Zidane's influence on the French tournament and on France in general, and to come to train a big club here, would be great." Macron stressed: "My role is to say that France is a great sporting and spherical nation, and that there are great fans who love this sport. It is important for us that the best we have trained, who have sometimes shone at the international level, come back. " Emmanuel Macron, best known for encouraging Olympic club Marseille joked about Zinedine Zidane's relations with Marseille "I hope at heart that the next transfer window is preparing well who knows, I have talked about great coaches, their heart is in Marseille as well, it is our right to dream!". Macron's remarks come as French press reports revealed that Argentina's Mauricio Pochettino, the head coach of Paris Saint-Germain, is now numbered in the league champions' ranks despite statements that a season in his contract expires in June 2023. According to Le Parisien, the Paris Saint-Germain Club settled on Mauricio Pochettino's departure in the coming days despite the coach's assurance that he would remain until the end of his contract in yesterday's television remarks. Pochettino is in crisis with Paris Saint-Germain fans and a number of players after failing to be crowned Champions League champions last season and out of the knockout rounds against Real Madrid. "I have a year left in my contract, there are many rumors, and according to these rumors I have been sacked every week, such things (rumors) are present, the club is trying to rearrange things, the president will explain his project soon, I am calm."
