Elon Musk for US MP: Stop flirting with me
Tesla CEO billionaire Elon Musk tweeted back at Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Elon Musk said in the tweet: "Stop flirting with me.. I am really shy ".
In a tweet, the left-wing lawmaker said that hatred had been amplified in the popular social platform as a result of millionaires taking control of it, referring to Elon Musk, who had announced the acquisition of Twitter days earlier.
- "Hate crimes have increased as a result of the control of these huge platforms by some millionaires who suffer from ego," she wrote.
- "Tucker Carlson (a popular American Fox News anchor), or Peter Thiel (an American businessman and billionaire) apparently took him to dinner, which made him feel special."
- For her part, the US representative commented on Musk's writing
- asserting that she was not targeting him with her tweet and that she was critical of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, and continued: "As I said, ego problems."
Elon Musk had stated earlier that the leftist party hated itself, saying "the far left hates everyone, including themselves."
"But I'm not a fan of the far right either," he continued, adding, "Let's be less hate and more loving."
Elon Musk announces the next goal after Twitter.. The interaction is enormous.
The American billionaire, Elon Musk, announced that he would buy Coca-Cola Beverages, days after he struck a deal to buy the micro-blogging site "Twitter," but the announcement seemed like a joke.
- "Next time I will buy Coca-Cola to return cocaine to it," Musk wrote on his Twitter account.
- The tweet garnered tremendous interaction, garnering more than 40 thousand comments as of Thursday morning, reposted more than 71 thousand tweeters, and 635 thousands more liked it.
- In comments on the tweet, tweeters suggested Musk buy certain companies and platforms, such as TikTok and McDonald's.
Others went on to remind Musk that it was difficult for him to buy "Coca-Cola", since it had a market value of $284 billion, meaning that it was more than two thirds of Musk's wealth of $268 billion, according to some estimates.
Business Insider said that although the tweet sounds ironic, it carries some historical facts.
According to the United States National Institute on Drug Abuse, cocaine was legal in 1885, when a pharmacist from Georgia brewed the drink, which had become the world's most popular, using cocaine.
At that time, pharmacist John Pemberton's recipe for cola included cocaine from coca leaves, before it was later abandoned.
