Tips for Collegiate Student-Athletes on Time Management

Planning to move forward and stay ahead. Planning ahead makes you feel more organized and takes the pressure off your back when you know what to expect. Continuing all semester work; Don't wait till the deadline for a mission. Don't wait till the finals week to stay up all night and study for the exam, and study all the material once you get it.


Tips for college athletes on time management :-

  1- Be planned. The scheme is an excellent way of following daily, weekly and monthly activities. Especially during the season when you're always on the move. Place all important dates and activities in the outline and color code for maximum organization.

  3- Strong start, stronger finish. Don't be okay with doing average at first with the idea of doing better at the end. Do your best all the time and give him everything you have at the end.



Daily chores for you :-


  • Preparation of daily  ists. Writing down what activities to do for today is a way to stimulate you. When drawing up a checklist, I put everything in chronological order and through them when they were complete.


  • Use your spare time wisely. Student athletes get very little free time but in case there's free time, you do something productive, no matter how bad you want to take a nap. If you're ahead in your schoolwork, do something to get better at your sport. This is probably the hardest job as a student athlete. Even doing something as small as stretching is useful.


  •  Allow time for important things. If it's important to you, make time to do it. There's no excuse for not doing important things.The key to effective time management is prioritization.


Keep your health safe :-

Your body is a machine. Make sure you're eating healthy foods to keep your body in good shape. Your body is a machine that fuels it with whatever you choose. Make sure you feed your body properly to ensure maximum performance in all regions. With such a busy schedule, finding time to eat seems impossible but make sure you eat breakfast every morning and prepare your meals properly for the rest of the day. Every body is different so he finds a routine that works for you and sticks to it.


 Sleep is important. As an athlete, letting your body get a proper amount of sleep is crucial to performing in your sport. Eight hours of sleep is perfect but at least six hours of sleep each night is required to give your body a break. You have to plan your day properly to allow enough sleep all night.
